Fibrenamics adds another indoor partnership

Fibrenamics was present today at the 4th edition of STARTPOINT, at the University of Minho, in Braga, where it formalized its partnership with Liftoff - Office of the Entrepreneur of the Academic Association of the University of Minho (AAUM).

The signing ceremony for the protocol was attended by Carlos Almeida, Fibrenamics Marketing Coordinator, and Carlos Alberto Videira, President of AAUM. Carlos Almeida was very pleased with this achievement, revealing that “it was with great pleasure that we now established this relationship with Liftoff”. For Carlos Videira, this partnership is a great asset as, considering that Fibrenamics is a center of scientific innovation at the University of Minho, certainly “many students will benefit from this protocol”.

Fibrenamics as a model for managing innovation projects

Alongside this ceremony, Fernando Cunha, Fibrenamics coordinator and researcher, promoted the STARTPOINT'15 “Innovation Project Management” session, where he made the platform known to all participants, while presenting the innovative methodology at carrying out research projects adopted by Fibrenamics. In addition to demonstrating how Fibrenamics develops its projects and puts them into action, through the project development cycle, Fernando Cunha motivated the participants to put their projects into practice as long as they "have concrete goals" and left some advice for students who attended this session: "never let an emotional decision prevail over a rational decision".

Also within the scope of this Liftoff activity, which celebrated its fifth anniversary on 9/11, the magazine “Get started” was distributed, to which the Fibrenamics Marketing and Communication coordinator wrote the opinion article “The Orchestra of Innovation” .
