Fibrenamics at Techtextil 2024

The Fibrenamics Institute took part in Techtextil 2024, the leading international trade fair for technical textiles and nonwovens, which took place from April 23 to 26 in Frankfurt, and showed to its many visitors disruptive innovations in the field of fibrous and composite materials.

As part of its internationalization process, the Fibrenamics Institute was present at the Techtextil fair with a stand that captivated attention and demonstrated the essence of innovation that defines the Institute.

Fibrenamics' participation in Techtextil 2024 represented the Institute's ongoing commitment to innovation and knowledge transfer in the field of fibrous and composite materials. 

As part of this 20th edition of Techtextil, Joana Antunes - Project Manager at Fibrenamics, presented PluriProtech at the Techtextil 2024 Innovation Forum, a project aimed at developing active protective clothing against CBRN agents and greater comfort.

The Fibrenamics Institute was present in Hall 9.1, stand D56, where it presented the various innovative solutions it has been developing, in particular the following projects: MilkFibre; AuxDefense; TechPack; GIATEX, BCR – Braided Composite Rods, LH4Auto and Recycled Reef.
