This partnership with the Fibrenamics project of the University of Minho emerges as part of the development process of the “SmartGear- Smart Coat for Firefighters”, which won multiple entrepreneurship awards in Portugal and which now has the possibility of being improved and increased. In this logic of commitment and value creation from the fusion of various ideas and concepts, the opportunity arises to enhance this equipment and others similar in the area of ​​fiber-based materials, with a special focus on its advanced applications in the area of ​​protection folks.
