With the participation of athlete Rui Brangança, current Taekwondo champion of the European Games that took place this year in Baku (Azerbaijan), and Nelson Ramos, Consultant, Coach & Trainer at Have the Power, this gathering will be moderated by Paula Lobo, from the group Communication and Marketing of the Fibrenamics platform.

This 7th edition of 2Share will focus, through an informal conversation, on topics such as the multioportunity scenario, the beliefs that limit potential and adaptation to change. Alongside this, it is also the objective of this activity to debate the importance of setting goals, sensitizing people to the need for constant change and adaptation, discussing which attitudes to adopt, pointing out internal and external factors that influence success and defining the profile of the winner.

More than a clarification session, it is intended through this activity that the participants feel motivated and involved and make the most of this moment of transmission of practical and useful tips and of sharing and informal exchange of ideas.
