There are thousands of liters of milk that are not fully used in dairy plants in the Azores. Now Fibrenamics Azores, INOVA and the Regional Secretariat for the Sea, Science and Technology come together to identify the value of the casein protein.

The project goes by the name of Milkfibre and was publicly presented on September 25 at Nonagon, S. Miguel. See the full report on RTP Açores.
