Fibrenamics put under debate the Opportunities of the Portuguese Industry
The Fibrenamics Association promoted, last Thursday, July 14, at Teatro Jordão, in Guimarães, the conference "Impulse 2022 - Trends and Opportunities of the Future".
The event started at 2:30 PM, with the interventions of the President of the Fibrenamics Association, Raul Fangueiro, followed by the Mayor of Guimarães, Domingos Bragança, and the Pro-Rector of the University of Minho for Institutional Evaluation and Special Projects, Guilherme Pereira.
Afterward, followed the lectures "Portugal 2030: Challenges and Opportunities of the next Financing Framework Program", given by Jorge Nadais, Partner at Deloitte, and "Scientific and Technological Trends for the Future", by Raul Fangueiro, President of the Fibrenamics Association.
The program also included a debate titled "Inspiring the Future", which brought together on stage the President of the Portuguese Business Association, Luís Miguel Ribeiro, the Director of Regional Development Services of CCDR-N, Raquel Meira, the economist and former Assistant Secretary of State to the Minister of Internal Administration, Fernando Alexandre, and the Executive Director of the Fibrenamics Association, Fernando Cunha.
This fourth edition of "Impulse" aimed to promote discussion around the concerns and opportunities that the future poses to Portuguese companies, considering the different societal challenges established, especially with regard to sustainability, digitalization, and security.
